What is a Verified User?

• Users deposit 500 RMB to become verified

• Verified users gain a green tick next to their name

• If an issue arises between a verified Seller and a Buyer, the Buyer can contact sellhappy.org support.

• If the Seller is found to be at fault, the Buyer is compensated for up to 500 RMB

• The Sellers Verified status is revoked and any remaining funds confiscated

• The Seller must now pay another 500 RMB to become verified
