There are 3 types of listings available on sellhappy.org.

Auctions

These are standard auctions where the user with the highest bid wins the item when the timer runs out.   Sellers can also include a Buy It Now price which will allow a buyer to purchase the item immediately or Make An Offer of a different price.  Buy It Now and Make An Offer must be activated by the seller.

Product

This is a set price item listing.  The buyer can purchase the item at the set price or make an offer at a different price if the Seller has allowed this.

Classified Listing

This listing cannot be bought and is an advertised product or item where the Buyer can contact the Seller to discuss their requirements in further detail.  For example, a restaurant could list each item on their menu within their store.  It is optional whether or not a price is shown on Classified listings.
