Chicken Korma: Pieces of cooked chicken breast with added water in a mild creamy sauce with coconut, cashew nuts and almonds. Chicken Tikka Masala: Pieces of marinated cooked chicken in a creamy medium spiced sauce with onions, cashew nuts, coriander and ground fenugreek. Pilau Rice: Steamed basmati rice with onions and spices. Naan Breads: Plain naan breads. Vegetable Samosa: Pastry parcel with a potato, carrot and pea filling with spices. Onion Bhaji: Spiced onion blended with gram flour and coriander. Bombay Potato: Diced fried potato in a medium spiced tomato and onion sauce. Popppadoms: Mini deep fried lentil flour snacks

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing. Remove poppadoms before freezing and store in a cool dry place. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before heating and consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
