Frequently Asked Questions


How can I pay?

Site fees can be paid using AliPay and WeChat through the site.

Sellers can be paid directly using the payment methods listed on their items.

Is it safe to order online?

 We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, like your name, address and other critically sensitive information. Information passed between your computer and our site can’t be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How do I know you have received my order?

You can contact sellers directly through the site to double check if they are aware of your order.  All sellers are notified by email when an item is sold.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed, you will need to contact the seller directly.

Can I track my order?

Contact the seller for updates on order shipments and tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact the seller if you wish to cancel your order.  Any cancellations will be at the sellers discretion.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Please contact the seller directly if there are any issues with your item.


Can the item be collected?

Many sellers of second hand items prefer collection, while new items are often shipped.  If it is not clear on the listing, please contact the seller before placing an order.


Where do you deliver to?

Not all sellers will be able to arrange delivery of an item.  Please double check shipping and delivery information with the seller before placing an order if it is not clear on their listing.

How much does delivery cost?

Please check delivery costs with the seller.  It may also be able to arrange collection and delivery of your item yourself.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending upon you location and shipping agent.  

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Of course! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but if your item has still not arrived then please contact the seller directly.


I am a Buyer

Please contact the seller to discuss any issues before contacting us.  However if your dispute can still not be resolved then please contact us.  If the seller is Verified then we may be able to compensate you with up to 500RMB.

I am a Seller

If you have any issues with a buyer then please contact us. If the issue still cannot be resolved then we may block their account and prevent them re-joining.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the Forgot your password? link next to the login button and follow the instructions. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you continue to experience problems.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address from within the members area under My Account - Personal Information.

How do I unsubscribe?

Click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email newsletter or edit your other notification preferences from within the members area under My Account - Email Notifications.

How do I change my username?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your username once it is set.
