How To Pay Sellers

Information For Sellers


As a seller, it is important that buyers are able to send you payments.  In order to assist with this process there a couple of things you that you can do to make things easier;

In your members area under Selling -> Seller Tools -> Global Settings, you can add extra information that is added to invoices automatically.   When an item is sold, an invoice is generated and sent to the buyer.  We would advise you adding the following;

1) In the Invoice Header or Invoice Footer you should list your WeChat ID so that it is easy for buyers to contact you.  We would also suggest telling the buyer to give you their invoice number or item ID when contacting you so that you can link the buyer to their item.

2) You will be required to add a logo.  We would suggest using the Invoice Logo image to upload an AliPay or WeChatPay QR payment code, so that buyers can pay you as soon as they receive the invoice.

The logo image is required if you try to save any modifications to the page settings.  If you do not have a logo and do not wish to use a QR code then you can simply download and use our logo.

Note, if you are a store owner then you are able to insert images into the About Us, Shipping Information and Company Policies pages.  You would need to host the image of your QR code/s on a different site but you would be able to show the payment QR codes to your customers. You can then also copy a link to your page and put in to your invoice's custom header or footer section. Information For Buyers

Once you purchase an item, you should receive an Invoice from the seller; Members Area -> Buying -> Purchases

If the Seller has provided their QR code, then you can pay them immediately, BUT REMEMBER to include the invoice number or item ID as a note when you make the payment so that the Seller can link your payment to the sale.

If the Seller has included their WeChat ID but not a QR code, then you should contact them directly through WeChat in order to make your payment.

If the Seller has not left a QR code or WeChat ID on the invoice, then you can contact them through the site using the Message Board link above the invoice details, or by emailing them directly if an email address is shown.

If the Seller is using our automated payment gateway, then you will see a green 'Make Payment' button under your invoice.  Invoices can be found in My Account -> Buying -> Purchases, although you will be automatically directed to the invoice once you checkout.
