Signing up is a simple process.  Simply enter a Username, your Email Address and set a Password.  After agreeing to the terms, submit your information.

You will be asked to pay a 10RMB signup fee.  This can easily be paid using Wechat Pay or AliPay.  After your payment is completed, please verify your email address (if required), after which you are free to use the site!
