A 10RMB sign up fee is charged before any new users are able to use the site for security reasons.

As google CAPTCHA is not available due to the location within China, the fee helps to eliminate computer generated automatic bots who post false listings and links to infected websites.  It also helps to reduce the number of spammers and scammers due to the fact that a payment system must be used (as listing on the site is free of charge).

We believe that paying a small fee is worth the benefits that it provides.  This small fee also helps us to pay for our servers and run the site.
