Due to strict payment restriction enforced by AliPay and WeChat, sellhappy.org uses a secure third party payment gateway to monitor payments and update sellhappy.org when a payment is made.

This payment system uses the payment amount to identify which user is making a payment and a user may be asked to pay an amount less than expected, for example 9.99RMB instead of 10RMB.  If the user pays 10RMB instead of the requested 9.99RMB then the payment will not update on the site but the money will still be taken from AliPay or WeChat Pay.

Processing times of payments can vary as the system must wait for a notification to be received from AliPay or WeChat pay.  This can sometimes take 3-4 minutes before the payment is accepted and the site updated.  When making a payment please do not leave the QR Code/Payment page until the transaction completes.

If you experience an issue with your payment then please contact us using the contact us form in the footer of the website and provide us with; the exact issue that you have experienced, the payment amount/s that you made, your AliPay or WeChat Pay username and the time of your payment.  We will manually process your payment on sellhappy.org and repay any over payment that may have been made.
