Sometimes a Seller will allow potential buyers to make an offer on an item rather than pay the listed price.  If you make an offer on any items then you can see an overview of those offers here.

 

From the main screen you can see which items you currently have offers on, the asking price for the item and your current offer.  You can also quickly see the current status of your offer.

 

Under the action’s column, you will be able to either withdraw your offer, make a counteroffer (if the Seller has offered you a different price), reject a counter offer or accept a counter offer and make a purchase.

 

Underneath the items picture is a View Offers button.  This gives a history of any offers and counter offers etc that have been made.

 

If a Seller accepts your offer, then you will see Accepted written on a green background just below your offer price.  This means that you offer has now been turned into a purchase and you must pay the Seller.
