If you have an issue with a particular user on SellHappy then it is possible to block the user from purchasing your items and sending messages to your account.  You have the option of setting up a block by IP address, Email address and Username, but we advise generally using the Username option.

Note that this blocking will only apply to the other users interactions with your account.  They will still be able to interact with and purchase items from other users.
