Messages

The messaging system on SellHappy allows users to communicate with one another.  There are 3 ways to send a message;

A user can send a message from an item listing

A Buyer or Seller can send a message using the Message Board button above an invoice (My Account -> Buying -> Purchases or My Account -> Selling -> My Sales)

A user can respond to a message that they have received (this could be from another user or a site administrator)

New messages will have a small envelope icon next to the message in the users inbox (My Account -> Messages -> Inbox)

Sent items are also available in and can be accessed from the link below the inbox.

When messages are no longer required, they can be moved to the archive where they will be automatically deleted after a few months.  Messages in the General Inbox and Sent area will not be deleted until they are moved to the archive.
