Overview of My Sales or Sold Items

Whenever an item is sold on SellHappy, an invoice will be automatically generated for both the Seller and Buyer.  The auto generated invoices for the seller are listed here.

To the top right is a dropdown menu which by default states ‘All’.  You can use this drop down to filter the sales by Unpaid, Paid and Posted/Sent.

Below this drop down menu you are able to search for invoices by Invoice ID and by a date range of when the invoices were created.  Once the date range is set, you can also go back to the drop down menu above to search for Unpaid etc between a certain date range.

 

From each individual invoice there are several options.

Above the listings invoice details;

View and Print Invoice – Allows the user to view the invoice.  There is also a Print button towards the top right which will produce a printer friendly version of the invoice.

Message Board – Allows the Seller to send a direct message to the Buyer.  When the Buyer receives the message, they will be notified via email.

Leave Feedback – Allows the Seller to leave feedback for the Buyer.  Feedback can be seen by everyone on SellHappy and is used to rate how the transaction was handled by both the Buyer and Seller (the Buyer can leave feedback for the Seller and the Seller can leave feedback for the Buyer).

 

Under the Actions column;

Edit – This option allows the seller to edit the Item Price and Delivery Address.  It is also possible for the Seller to lock the invoice so that the buyer cannot edit the Delivery Address themselves.

Update – This option allows the Seller to update the Payment Status of the order.  This is a useful way of informing the Buyer that payment has been received, as there is an option here to Update Buyer when the Payment Status is changed.

Delete – Deletes the invoice from SellHappy.  You can also mass delete Invoices by using the check boxes to the left of the invoice details.
